The row materials are analyzed in our lab to ensure the material is well qualified for the weight it’s going to hold.
	Every pair of forks is carefully inspected for leverage and straightness before, and after triple load test.
Every fork has to take this strict triple load test. During this test, the machine will generate a force that is three times as big as the load that the fork is supposed to take. Every fork must take this load for more than 10 times without any permanent distortion to pass this test.
